Phenomenon 1:
Symptom: The alarm or vibration keeps on for 1-2 seconds after power on. Cause Analysis: This phenomenon usually occurs due to high sensitivity and power shortage. Some users do not notice that the battery voltage is lower than the working voltage after using for a period of time, and often think that: the long sound of the detector is not only treated as a fault.
Method of exclusion:
1. When the alarm is turned on, the sensitivity is adjusted to the alarm.
2. If the adjustment cannot be eliminated, replace the battery or use it after charging.
Note: At this time, turning down the sensitivity does not affect the detection accuracy.

Phenomenon 2:
Symptom: The detector with vibration, sometimes the buzzer works normally, and the vibration motor cannot stop when it goes to vibration.
Analysis of reasons: This kind of phenomenon usually occurs when the user does not notice that the voltage is decreasing after using for a period of time. Because the motor consumes more power than the buzzer, the voltage at this time can only ensure the normal operation of the buzzer.
Method of exclusion:
1. In the case of vibration, turn down the sensitivity.
2. Replace the battery with a new one or recharge it. Note: At this time, turning down the sensitivity does not affect the detection accuracy.

Phenomenon three:
Symptoms: Red light on, no alarm, no vibration Cause analysis: This phenomenon usually occurs when the detector is deactivated for a period of time. Forget the battery, the battery is slowly discharged for a long time.
Method of exclusion:
1, just replace the battery.
2. Pay attention to whether the battery box is contaminated by the battery leakage, and if it is contaminated, it must be cleaned in time. Otherwise, the battery buckle or the circuit board will be corroded and damaged.
3, can use pure alcohol cleaning or special electronic cleaning agent cleaning.

Phenomenon 4:
Symptoms: Alarms or slight shaking are also alarms when detecting anything after power on.
Analysis of reasons: Generally it is because the sensitivity is adjusted too high, or after adjusting the sensitivity to detect small metal, it is not timely adjusted to the original normal position.
Remedy: 1, as long as the sensitivity can be adjusted down.

Phenomenon 5:
Symptoms: After starting up, it appears to be normal and normal. It will not be normal. It will alarm for a moment, and there will be no response whatsoever.
Analysis of reasons: Generally, when the user loads the battery, the battery buckle is not pressed or only pressed one, and the other one is in contact with the battery without contact. There are also individual battery buttons that do not match the battery and appear looser.
Method of exclusion:
1. Open the battery box and re-press it.
2, the battery button is too loose, just use pliers to gently clamp.
3, If the battery buckle is not elastic or damaged, replace it. Pay attention to +- polarity when changing.

Phenomenon 6:
Symptom: The GC-1001 is special. The phenomenon of long-sounding occurs after power on or later.
CAUSE ANALYSIS: The detector does not need adjustment and the switch is also special: forward is high sensitivity, backward (cannot be locked) is lower sensitivity, and the middle is closed.
Remedy: When the whistling occurs, simply press the "RESET" reset button in the middle of the front of the detector and press the "RESET" button.

Phenomenon 7:
Symptom: The position of the sensitivity adjustment hole of each model and how to adjust the sensitivity.
Cause Analysis:
1, MD-8 adjustment hole in the front of the detector battery cover, a small hole in the small yellow screws;

1. All: Clockwise increase sensitivity and counterclockwise decrease sensitivity.
2. Only the MD-8I needs to be adjusted with a micro-screwdriver.
