3. Remember to prohibit over-capacity. Use X-ray machine for super-kV. When using X-ray machine, be careful not to overload the machine. Generally, under the premise of meeting the diagnostic needs, try not to exceed 80% of the rated X-ray tube capacity. . For X-ray machines with long service life, the conditions should be reduced as much as possible.
4. When the machine is in continuous use, pay attention to the intermittent time of the machine. Note that the external temperature of the X-ray tube generally does not exceed 50 °C. It is strictly forbidden to adjust each adjustment knob or suddenly shut down when the machine generates radiation. The machine parts should be in a safe state at the end of the work.
5. When the machine is in use, abnormal sound, odor and pointer indication abnormality should be shut down in time, cut off the power supply, and respond to the maintenance personnel. It is strictly forbidden to work with the disease to avoid the malfunction.
6. The security X-ray machine should pay attention to the strict implementation of the switch machine rules during the use process. After the power is turned off, the guest must be powered off after the power light is turned off. The environment must be kept dry and ventilated.
